The first half-hour is always free so that you can decide if you wish to continue.

• One session online on Skype, MSN or in your chat room is £15.

• Two sessions online talk on Skype, MSN or in your chat room is £25.

• One exchange of emails is £10.

Paypal is free to use and is totally secure. You do not need to have a Paypal account and payments can be taken by credit card instead. All Paypal transactions have printable receipts. You do not need to have a Paypal account but you will need a credit card or debit card. If you live in the Euro zone, Paypal will automatically convert from sterling.

Once you have agreed to counselling with your counsellor, you can choose the venue for the free assessment session of half an hour.

If you decide to carry on after the assessment session, you can arrange the venue and time with your counsellor and then can then pay after you have accepted the contract.
